Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ImagiBet (also branded “Imaginary Casino”) on imagibet.com, the ImagiBet mobile apps, and the ImagiBet Discord bot. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What ImagiBet is

ImagiBet is a social sportsbook for entertainment. You place bets on real sports using Imaginary Dollars (IÐ), a virtual currency. ImagiBet is not a gambling service: nothing you win can be converted into money or anything of real-world value.

IÐ virtual currency

• IÐ has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, cashed out, or traded for money, goods, or services — inside or outside the service.
• IÐ is a limited, revocable license to use a feature of the service. You do not own your IÐ balance.
• Selling, buying, or transferring IÐ or accounts outside the service is prohibited.
• We may adjust IÐ economy parameters (starting balances, bonuses, odds multipliers, caps) at any time to keep the game fair and fun.
• IÐ balances are forfeited when an account is deleted or terminated.

Purchases

You can optionally purchase IÐ top-ups, processed by Stripe. Because IÐ has no monetary value, purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted at our discretion. Purchases are payments for a digital entertainment feature, not deposits or wagers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use ImagiBet, because the service simulates sports betting.

Fair play

Don’t exploit bugs, automate bet placement, run multiple accounts to farm bonuses or manipulate leaderboards, or harass other players. We may reverse transactions, adjust balances, or suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse.

Sports data

Fixtures, odds, and scores come from third-party data providers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We may void and refund (in IÐ) bets affected by data errors, abandoned fixtures, or markets that cannot be settled reliably.

Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deletion and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator’s state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
