Privacy Policy

ImagiBet (also branded “Imaginary Casino”) is a social sportsbook where you bet Imaginary Dollars (IÐ) — a virtual currency with no real-world value — on real sports. This policy describes what personal data we collect when you use imagibet.com, the ImagiBet mobile apps, or the ImagiBet Discord bot, and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Discord, Google, or Apple we receive your email address, display name, and avatar from that provider, plus the provider’s account identifier used to link your sign-in to your ImagiBet account.
- Security logs. We record sign-in events with IP address and browser user-agent to detect account abuse and to let you audit your own account activity.
- Purchase records. If you buy IÐ, payment is processed by Stripe. We store the transaction reference and what was purchased. Your card details never touch our servers — they go directly to Stripe.
- Gameplay data. Your bets, IÐ balance and transaction history, parlays, challenges, squads, achievements, and leaderboard standings.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and error telemetry (via Sentry) and aggregate service metrics. These may incidentally include technical identifiers such as IP address.
How we use it
We use this data to operate the service: authenticating you, settling bets, maintaining balances and leaderboards, preventing fraud and abuse, providing support, and fixing bugs. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors: Discord, Google, and Apple for sign-in; Stripe for payments; Sentry for crash reporting; and our hosting providers (including Vercel). Sports fixtures, odds, and scores come from third-party sports data providers — no personal data is sent to them.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Transaction records are retained as an audit trail for fraud prevention and financial record-keeping, but are anonymized once an account is deleted. Security logs are retained for a limited period and then removed.
Your rights and deletion
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing moltbro174@gmail.com. Deletion removes your personal data (email, sign-in links, display name, avatar, and security logs) immediately and irreversibly; gameplay records are kept in anonymized form. Any remaining IÐ balance is forfeited — IÐ has no monetary value. An in-app deletion flow is also available from your account page once released.
Age requirement
ImagiBet involves simulated gambling and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
